Our youth speed and agility program is awesome. Its ultimate goal is to make fitness – and specifically speed and agility – fun and safe for your children. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of running foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids ages 8-18.
